
Vice Chancellor for Global Affairs
As Vice Chancellor for Global Affairs, Dr. Jessica Robin leads the Office of Global Affairs and its international activities and initiatives. Her portfolio includes oversight for international dual degree programs, education abroad, global partnerships, international engagements, international student and scholar services, and global risk management.
Dr. Robin previously served as the Head of the International Office for the National Science Foundation (NSF) where she led major efforts to strengthen global research collaborations and represent the federal government in diplomatic science and technology engagements. Prior to her time at the NSF, Dr. Robin worked at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center developing international research and education initiatives for schools around the world and worked in research and extension support at Cornell University.
Dr. Robin earned her PhD in Geographical Sciences from the University of Maryland at College Park, a Master of Science in Soil Science and a Master of Professional Studies in International Agriculture both from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science degrees from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
